IT Profession - Techniques for Line Managers - London Wednesday 15th October

The Management overview course is aimed at senior managers, IT service heads and HR professionals, this course provides an overview of the government IT profession and its links to all aspects of IT service management. The Techniques for Line Managers course is a more practical course, aimed at those who will be involved in detailed implementation of the government IT profession. The delegate fee each of the courses is £495 (+ VAT) for Socitm members and £595 (+ VAT) for non members.
