Socitm KPIs and Benchmarking development workshop 2008

At this year's KPI workshop Socitm will be presenting its proposals for a future package of benchmarking services that will enable organisations to ask not only 'How good is the ICT service?' but also 'How well is ICT being used in our organisation to drive change?'. There will an opportunity for discussion and delegates will be able to contribute their ideas around this development.
