You cannot 'reserve' space in advance. The ONLY way to book is online with either:
If you choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking, your booking is confirmed immediately and you will receive a PAID invoice by post to the cardholder’s address soon after booking.
If you opt to pay just the deposit at the time of booking, you will need to supply a valid Company Purchase Order number on this form so that we can invoice the remainder. Your booking is NOT CONFIRMED until the remainder of the amount due has been received. The invoice for the remainder will be sent by post shortly after booking and it must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If full payment is not received by this date, your booking will be cancelled and the stand will be re-offered. Although your deposit will not be returned, you will still feature as an Entry Level Sponsor and receive those benefits (see our FAQ).
Note re VAT: All invoices destined for UK and EU-country organizations will be issued including VAT and the full value of the invoice must be paid before your booking will be accepted. If you are paying in full by credit card at the time you book, VAT will also be included in the total.
